Tulips

I do love my tulips, today was so wonderfully warm and sunny that they opened themselves right out. 
I thought on Earth Day it would be appropriate to spend a bit of time tidying up my temporary little bit of Earth.  Well, that and there was no way I was going to be stuck in doing DIY today.  Not on the nicest day of the year so far and a wee person off school.  E still getting high temps and feeling too hot then shivering cold, poor pet.  In between she was pretty perky though and joined me in the garden to potter and washed my car windows with me.
Tonight around midnight is the height of the Lyrid meteor shower, if it's clear where you are have a look East.
