Fitness to Fit You

After over a year of abstinence from lycra, I've caved in and re-joined a gym. Poor Darren has been assigned to come up with an appropriate exercise plan, and he's promised I'll look like the lass in the poster by the end of next month. 

Much of the first session was taken up with filling in a lifestyle questionnaire. In the bit where I had to explain what had brought me here, I wrote "Coco Pops". Darren came back right away with "Aren't you a bit old for Coco Pops?" 
I think we're going to get on just fine.
