I found autumn while I was out this morning, lovely golden leaves drifting down as the river flowed by while a cloudy sky hovered above. The day has darkened as it progressed and rain finally came round noon, ever so light as it freshens the surroundings.
Last night was warm, still 22C at 9pm, no heating required, but now just gone 3pm its a cool 14C.
Thank you for all of your lovely comments, stars and fav's over the last few days. Our internet has been like a snail on the 'go slow', which has been most frustrating. I appreciated your kindness and caring thoughts with the most recent earthquake. We are fine and no damage was done just a little unsettling as the earth moved beneath us, I feel for all those in Nepal.
Today is a public holiday, thinking of all the blippers leaving Wanaka as they head home or continue their journey, safe travels to you all in this dismal weather.
I'm off to prepare roast chicken and veggies for tea, happy Monday everyone :)
