The bright sun lured me out early today, but it belied the very cold temperatures;  however it was super to be out  -   the birds were singing and the trees seem to be coming into leaf almost overnight. 

This small wood isn't far from home so its somewhere I often forget, but I do like the gate and fence;  its a bit of a strange design and I think it may be to accommodate horses.  Anyway I'm posting early today as I've a few things I need to catch on, so as soon as my blip is up there I've got to get moving.
