Tilly

After Dad's sudden death I was lost for about 3 weeks!! But I soon settled into a new routine.

I tend to visit Mark on Wednesday mornings now. This is his dog, Tilly. She is absolutely beautiful and has a most gentle nature. I think she is a great contributer to his recovery.

During my training yesterday, I had to have a conversation without using nouns and it occurred to me this is the challenge that Mark deals with everyday. I found the challenge frustratng and has given me some understanding of his feelings.

The good news is that he feels confident enough to venture out. So the next good day we have, the roof is coming of my car and we are going out!
