Another Day, Another Meal

We were socialising again today when our friends Nicola and Stewart came round for lunch. We served Chinese cuisine i.e. sweet and sour tofu and vegetables with egg noodles.  This was washed down with a bottle or two of very nice German beer.
 
We then spent the afternoon chatting and drinking coffee; a very nice day.
 
The bird in this, not very good, picture is a black and white Blackbird.  He’s been a regular visitor to our garden, along with a clutch of standard black Blackbirds.  His brothers tend to shun him, a little racism maybe?
 
I’ve always had difficulty in getting a photo, either because my camera wasn’t to hand, or he moved before I had a chance to take it, he doesn’t stay still much at all.  So this is the best I can do, I’ll try again one day to get a better pic.
