I am struggling at the minute to get back into the whole 30 day shred/ exercise/ dieting regime again after the wedding weekend.  You would never know I was getting my dress fitted for the first time in a little over a week - cr@p.

Tempted to try those weight loss tablets you can now pick up in the chemist.....

I am looking forward to yet another long weekend with the May bank holiday although it will be a shock to the system to be back to the whole 5 day working week on a regular basis.  I think weekends should move to 3 day weekends :)
