Snake's head fritillary

Just one of the handful of fritillary bulbs I planted last year has managed to flower this year. I had to feature it today as I've been busy in the garden and kept stopping to admire it. I'm not convinced it's completely in focus, but I think it's one of those plants where you can never tell as the snake's skin pattern is strangely fuzzy.
