Teach em young

See it's never a good thing me looking after the wee nice and nephew for an hour....

After a good solid run first thing I set to work training these two. Their fitness plan, for the 4 and 6 year old, consisted of the following

90 second front plank
30 star jumps
15 sit ups (as per the photo)
7 press ups
25 bunny hops
60 second leg plank

In fairness young Mr M did very well, though he was almost in tears with the front plank but Miss C was next to useless other than the sit ups. She spent most of the time showing off her counting skills and playing with Cinderella.

Good work team and there's no pain without gain...
