Scout Scar

Day 8 of the Westmoreland Way, from Windermere to Kendal, walking in light rain most of the day. The BBC weather app let us down - it said it would be dry all day - and I would have worn my Paramo waterproof if I had known.

Highlights of the day were the views from School Knott, where it was at least dry, and the climb on to Scout Scar, but really the best part was our evening meal in Kendal.
