Busy busy busy

What a difference a month can make. 

After talking about it for ages I am now running a private supper club with a friend of mine, so things have been a bit hectic recently.

Last night went well, this is the starter - roast tomato soup, marinated peppers, toasted sourdough and a spinach, parmesan and tomato tart.

They then had a sorbet followed by chicken in riesling with grapes and tarragon, sauté potatoes, asparagus and squeaky beans followed by sticky toffee pudding, candied walnuts, clementines in caramel and home made vanilla ice cream.

Gratifyingly not a lot was left on the plates.

I'm gradually building an album on flickr of food photos and the gorgeous setting and I really hope it is successful.
