Apple blossom time

After a few fine days and a rising ambient temperature, suddenly the garden is full of blossom. Here in the south-east corner of Britain, in the Garden of England county, we are lucky to have a milder climate than much of the country. As a result our garden is further advanced than those of friends further north.

Today's sunshine and blue sky has really brought on the apple blossom, and it is looking gorgeous. Come autumn, these pretty flowers will give us something each day to keep the doctor away ...
