Here there and everywhere

Not a minute!

Today really was one of these days when I didn't have a minute.

I got up at silly time to mark assignments, but had to deal with something urgent in my emails: our trainee who returned to Kenya for a funeral has had problems returning to Cairo and so has now missed quite a bit of the course and it's not really catch-upable. Another rejig of stuff and came up with possible solutions for him, considering the circumstances.

The day then just 'went' and I had lunch at 6.30pm. Not good! Dessert was a couple of hours marking assignments and standardizing our marks as we're trying out a new language assignment this month. And now, suddenly it's 11.30. Into school early tomorrow morning to double mark them before the day starts 'properly' as we have to give them back tonorrow afternoon with our assessor bring here on Wednesday. And joy of joys, we get the resubmissions for the first assignment in tomorrow too . . . when we'll mark them, I honestly don't know, but it has to be tomorrow!

So, here you have part of our cover sheet of someone who passed :-)
