From The 18th Floor

Blipped from the 18th floor of the Rathaus (the City Hall) of Kaiserslautern.

In the background on the left the Fritz-Walter-Stadion, in the center the excavation side of the Kaiserpfalz (12th century castle) and the newest addition for shopping freaks in town, the K in Lautern.

So windy today, surprised me the Rathaus wasn't shaking.
