We came home today. We may have stayed longer but (a) we wanted to be back to vote and (b) we’re off again on Saturday for the weekend.
We parked up in Shaldon on the way so we could have a little walk through the village before hitting the road. I also knew I wasn’t likely to have another chance to take any photos during the day, unless you fancied a pic of the car park at Gordano Service Station.
The ferry was just coming in so I snapped this disembarkment of the one or two passengers, plus their dog, along the plank to the beach.
We have this idea of staying up tonight to watch the results come in. It’ll be interesting to see how long we last before retiring to bed.
