X marks the spot...

One of those days spent going round in circles again. Last night's calf hadn't sucked,so had to bring the cow in. She is a wee bit excitable so it was fun getting her in. Managed to grab the calf into the bike trailer,but she wouldn't follow until I let the ramp down so she could see the calf. Got the shepherd to drive the bike while I held the calf and made " calf " type noises. The skill was to drive fast enough so she didn't come up the ramp and get me !
Nipped down to the village hall at lunch time to vote. Was it just coincidence that the Labour sign was to the left , the Tory sign to the right, and the SNP one was away by it's self ?
