Previous pollings were in another bit of the building, so I chained up to the troublesome-to-chain-to front fence. The indyref was round the back, but we walked to that, so I didn't notice the bike racks then either. I'll be pleased when this is all over and I can stop wanting to read stuff about it, but obviously more pleased if more people with more idea of what "people" actually are have more influence, although the parliament to which people are being elected today is quite a bad one for distancing the elected from their electors and surrounding them with falsepeople.
