Hazlenut Meringue Eton Mess

First time I've ever made meringue, was crunchy on the outside and goey in the middle yum! Mixed with strawbs, rasps, bluebs, cream and ice cream! I can say... I feel positively sick now! But was still yummy!

Planning a mini 3 course meal for me and my man.... Still working on the pudding!

Any thoughts on something chocolatey and yummy? He loves his choc!

Stuffed portabello mushrooms to start
Bbq chicken with veggie fried rice
Fruit cider to drink!

What about pud??
