Danger in the garden...........!!!

I have to admit, these raptors are stunningly beautiful birds, but I doubt the large number of birds that feed in my garden have the same opinion.
The Crows, Jackdaws and Magpies are fairly safe from this fella, but anything smaller will be taken in a flash if they find them selves in a vulnerable position. Of course even the larger birds will be taken by a cat, we do try and scan the garden as often as we can looking for cats hiding in amongst the plants, and shooo them away when we can, but we can't be here all of the time.
Although it was nice to see this guy on the fence, it was out with the camera, blip, and shooo him away, and here he is.
