Danger!

Do not attempt to ride without the front wheel of your bike…or you may find yourself transformed into a skulking four-legged creature with a long tail. 

The construction of a major rotary/roundabout continues at the gateway to the wharf. Every day we try to puzzle out exactly what is going on and what the traffic patterns will be for pedestrians, cars and bicycles, but so far it has not become any clearer than this sign.
