Wales Day 3

We survived a wild and wooly night of heavy rain and gale force winds which battered the caravan and awning but mercifully no damage done to either of them. After a very disturbed night a quiet and leisurely day was called for and after early morning rain, and lots of it, the sun came out and the day set fair. We had a pint of the local ale in the pub at the bottom of the road and a long and glorious walk by the River. Lovely green and yellow views, lots of birdsong, lambs, ponies and new growth everywhere. Think we'll be turning in early tonight, face glowing from all this fresh air and nicely exhausted!
