Do you drive a manual gearbox?

Ever thought about the thought process in changing gear?

It's just instinctive after a while. Isn't the human mind and body a very splendid thing sometimes.

I'm not sure what lead me to this train of thought but maybe because I was watching the driver of my bus this morning. His bus was an automatic as far as I could see.
