Universal Soldier

Had a great walk along the coast path from Tobermory to Aros Park this morning. It couldn't have been more Argyll if it tried with all the lush green trees and plants. Just as we got back to Tobermory the rain started and it was pretty torrential for a few hours. We took ourselves along to the open mic at the Western Isles Hotel. What a place - it still has a 'Ladies' Powder Room'. Marvellous. This young man was singing and he did a good cover of Donovan's Universal Soldier. Then we needed to find somewhere showing the football so Gill could see a bit of the Liverpool game and once that had finished the sun was out again. Life on the west coast for sure.
