Wisteria

Back to the pool this morning and a good session. I passed this wisteria on the way back and it has now come full out so is picture worth. Unfortunately it was very dull and I had to tune the image up a bit to get the full colour.

My 1st day on my new eating programme Super Charge Me to come off the juice. A smoothie for breakfast, green soup for lunch and salmon and roast veggies for supper. All good.
