In Trouble Again

A pair of Canada Geese at Charnwood Water have produced ten goslings, as you can see.

Look who decided he wanted to investigate! Yes, Basil!

Despite the gander repeatedly hissing and flapping his wings at Basil, he never actually flew at him and pecked him, as I thought he would, and that might have taught Basil a lesson. Instead, Basil does what he does when he meets dogs and just stands there. He wasn't at all deterred from trying to get closer to the goslings.

Lovely day again, and a clear, chilly night to come. At Bach choir rehearsal, we concentrated on the Lux Aeterna by Lauridson.
