All that I've got

Last night I had tickets to see Chevelle and the Used at the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg. This was the first time i had ever been to the sherman theater and honestly, it is one of my least favorite venues. Although they have exceptionally well security, it was way too small for the amount of people who had bought tickets. It was probably as big (or a little smaller) than the schools auditorium. Plus, the people were very rude and the bands were... Annoying.
The opener was a rock band from the UK called the Marmozets who sounded amazing, but their singer was unheard. Their sound people had no idea how to set up a microphone, obviously because all that was heard was the instrumentals. After that, we seen Chevelle who i'm not a huge fan of to begin with. I hate Chevelle, and that show did nothing but drag on... It was like it would never end, and the guys had absolutely no personality on stage. On top of that, everything they were throwing out was going to the sides and all the way in the middle of the crowd. All i got from that show were 2 picks, and i dont even  know how i managed to get them!
But then, after that were the Used (aka the one band who everyone came to see). The Used are a rock, pop-punk band who have been around for 15 years. I'm not a huge fan (as i am for my grunge and classic rock bands) but i know practically every song, and they played every song i loved. But the worst part was not that i didnt get anything, but the fact that i lost my voice a few days prior, so even when i tried singing, nothing came out. If you know me, you know that every chance i get to sing, i'll do it (even though im an awful singer).
After the show, i met the Marmozets' singer, and the Used's bassist Jeph.
