Rainy Day

The forecast said the rain should pass through by about mid day. It didn't seem so. It slackened off just enough at 4 o'clock for me to wander through the garden looking for raindrops on roses etc. It seems to be brightening a little more now but I'm looking forward to going out to a jam session. 

I've no idea what this plant is, I'm afraid.
