Say Cheese

Last full day of the holiday.  Went up to the Isle of Mull cheese farm just outside Tobermory. A beautiful and interesting farm with cows, calves and pigs looking content.  A lovely mature garden for wandering in. The cheese was being made this morning and in the cheese cellar it is then stored for about 18 months. Here are some of the truckles maturing nicely. I can vouch for how tasty the cheese is as we had lunch in the garden barn where the homemade food was top notch.

Back into Tobermory this afternoon but it's a bit damp.  Hoping for another decent walk before doing the packing.
