Graduation Day

During our morning constitutional, Buddy and I ran into folks going to graduations.  The Tarrant County Convention Center is across the street from our condo.  So many happy parents seeing a major milestone in their child's life achieved.  Kids seeing their siblings move off to a new and different phase of life.  Friends unknowingly together for the last time or at least the last time in a long time.  Here a young photographer is capturing a couple in the run up to the actual  graduation  ceremony.  Traffic  fills our streets.  It is  danger to ride a bike in this madhouse.  But happiness also is here.  Joy.  Dreams.  Adventure.  Pride.  Hope.  So much  more.

Later in the day, Buddy and I walked around Trinity Park.  The Trinity River is high but no where near flood stage at  least  not here.  A bird stands in the spillway awaiting  his dinner.
