Caught the local bus into "town" ..... wandered around - castle, fruit & veg market, little streets, piers, marina (found a "boat pub"), promenade and everything in between ....... hope this castle by the beach photo helps with the WBBN Challenge this week!!  :-))

Weather still fabulously hot, calm seas this morning when I looked out at 06.30 and, at the moment, only a breath of wind!

Himself's birthday today - the reason why we booked this quick break - so no clue what we will be doing later to celebrate - I suspect beer (me) and G&T's (him) will feature at some point.
