MonoMonday - Day of the Triffids

I couldn't go past Flying's entry - amazing how you can make a poor innocent flower look totally evil!

Anyway, here's my poor imitation.

Edit:  The best I can come up with is that you have to imagine those tiny little drops is dripping saliva after it's eaten its prey.  How does that sound.
