Went to look for Tui first thing, got this reaction from one of the locals, and a baleful stare from another.. 

At lunchtime he swooped into a nearby treetop and called out, but with a guy in safety gear laying cables under his tree he went off somewhere else.

A quick look in after work and there he was back in the kowhai.. Not enough light for my old lens but wide open and with the asa cranked up, I got a couple of extra shots in..
