A Brave Rose

After being extremely unproductive since we moved here in February this rose finally decided to flower.....just as we are about to launch into winter. The flowers are white and rather lovely.
I spent today raking, raking and raking leaves. We now have a trailer full of them and a nice clear lawn which was able to be mown. The garden will look nice and tidy for now... until the wind brings down even more leaves.....
