Householders are asked to leave their waste bins at the edge of their property, which we do.

See that line in the tarmac in the photo? That marks the edge of our property.

So what do the binmen do? They leave the emptied bin in the middle of the driveway through which 3 households have to pass to get access to the road.

SO annoyed.
