Purple

Another lazy kind of blip this evening. I'd planned to take the dogs for a decent walk but then the Arsenal match lured me with its siren call, so instead of a river at sunset you get the front garden at half-time.

Not sure what the flower is. It's very purple and very tall, but we've once again run up against the brick wall of my botanical ineptitude. Oh well. 

A busy day, but I'm not sure what I've got to show for it. Though I'm pretty tired, so I must have been doing something.
