I have changed the Kids training programme to include hill reps with the purpose of building more strength which will in turn increase their speed.Another day in the bike stand position today Head down and Backside up and tomorrow will not be much better with a lot of our staff away on a training course. MrsPuff will be going back to the Surgical Hotel for further surgery on June 3rd and all things going well 6 to 8 weeks or maybe a couple more Marie will then go to Public Hospital for her reversal. Where I am running the Hill Reps is at the Scenic Reserve, lots of people get walked by their dogs here and this is Cocoa (Coco?) She is a rescue dog and beside this look she is just gorgeous and almost licked me to death.
