New Kid on the Block

Okay, I know it isn't Friday but I always like to get a shot of the black squirrel when he visits.  I couldn't be sure he would come back tomorrow so I had to capture the moment.  Pipersdad thinks s/he is nesting in the Blue Spruce in our front yard so s/he may be a resident now.  All the other squirrels nest in our back yard trees.  So, I guess we'll see if a family emerges from the spruce....
Today is our daughter's birthday.  She and I went to the movies today and soon will be going out for a family dinner to celebrate.  So, I might be short on comments tonight again.  I promise to catch up tomorrow. Happy Birthday to Becky!
