Mayfly - 1cm

Busy morning with men in to lay the lino. Very chatty and happy-go-lucky chaps who did a splendid job. All work finished now - next task is new furnishings!  Saw a goldfinch in next-door's garden, but he didn't visit me:-(  I think this is going to be my last insect blip - they do take up a lot of time hunting them down!  This one was swimming in my pond, but I put him in a jar to photograph him and then returned him. I did do a bit of editing on him to get more contrast on his body. I think he is a type of Mayfly but that's only a guess.  Have a nice day:-)
