Peaceful

A long and rather sad day as we said our final goodbyes to Dawn's Aunty Peg.

We didn't get to Butterwick until 11pm last night as we had a couple of stops on the way up. So we were quite tired this morning.

It was a glorious day. The funeral service was held in Butterwick Church which I have blipped a few times on here in the past. I have always wondered what it looked like inside, it was a shame it took a sad occasion for me to see. I took this photo from the back of the church, it is a scene of perfect serenity.

The whole day passed off very well. I am rather hoping that this is the forth and final funeral for 2015!
