Mr and Mrs House Sparrow

The wee birds managed to get in before the Rooks and Jackdaws today:-) and these two House Sparrows spent ages pecking away - hence my blip for the day.  A ringed Starling also landed and I have sent his photo to the local Bird Ringer - see my extra photo. Spent most of the morning sorting through my DVDs - found at least eight duplicates and some containers empty of DVD!  All the shops in the town were open despite it being a Bank Holiday so offloaded the DVDs and two pairs of shoes I've never worn to Cancer Research Charity Shop. A grass-cutting afternoon is predicted - but hopefully the threatening rain will put an end to that idea lol!  Have a nice day!
