The Three Queens Together On the Mersey

Yesterday I saw the Queen Mary 2.Today I returned to see her leave , sail up to the sea , meet the others ,  then watch them sail back in line. Each turned around ( as if on a sixpence ) then, to cheering music and with much joy we watched them , the red arrows flew over .There was much signalling with ships horns. After this the Queen Mary 2 sailed away out to sea. to the tune,  "Time To Say Goodbye". The Queen Elizabeth took her place at the dock and the Queen Victoria anchored over the Mersey .Thousands watched and the pride in being British was great .For Liverpudlians even more so ! Superbly organized this once in a life time experience had to be another Cunard Blip .You see the reflection of the Liver Building and Cunard Offices in the Museum window .My extra is a picture of the three together .
