So I am feeling a bit better today after a good night's sleep and very funny dreams in which I met a woman whose son died 16 years ago from eating a poisoned fig!

The rest of the day was not quite so exciting - just hammering away at the keyboard as usual while Mr hazelh dealt with all things domestic. I managed to remember to pop outside and catch a blip while there was still plenty of light - phew.


Exercise today: none - but there will be some tomorrow!
