That's how many of these I managed to snaffle this morning before people started staring. They were the snacks at the workshop on a deposit return scheme for Scotland at Heriot Watt. Robust and healthy debate. Later in the day I headed north to Aviemore where I'm speaking at tomorrow's Association of Public Service Excellence conference.
