Callum update

It's been some time since you had a Callum update, so here he is playing with 5 rattles while having his lunch. Busy hands mean less likelihood of the tubes being attacked! While he's still not keen on eating, he is doing very well, hopefully will have his oxygen turned down again this week, with the possibility of having it taken off for a few hours at a time not that far away. He has learned to roll over from his back to his front (see extra photos). He's also making noises like words, but due to the hassle he's given his parents, until at least one of the sounds he's making is ma-ma or da-da, they're officially just noises, even though they seem suspiciously in sound and context of use like ba-ba (sheep), Ra-Ra (Ranza, Mum's dog whom he loves), or Abi (big sister). Actually being able to say 'r' is quite impressive for his age, never mind the fact he was so prem and ill for so long. He's a wee star. It's his birthday this week, hard to believe it was almost a year ago he was born.
