Little Miss Sophisticated

This afternoon Miss E went to Miss T's seventh birthday party at a bowling place in Milton Keynes. We had thought we'd be away and unable to go but obviously we're here and Mrs W kindly suggested that Miss E come along.
Yay!!!
I dropped Miss E off and was left with a very disgruntled Miss L!
We went downstairs to Costa. I hoped it might cheer her up.
One babycino (complete with marshmallow) and one chocolate brownie later she was a bit happier!
Throw in a few dozen of the stirrer sticks and she was in seventh heaven!
We went back up to the party and watched them bowl for a bit. Miss E was doing pretty well for her first attempt without the kiddy ramp thing. Weirdly she was using her left hand which probably wasn't helping!
Then they had party food while Miss E indulged her gambling habit and fed 10p's into the coin pusher arcade game.
There were tears when the coins ran out but chocolate ice cream eased the pain!
A lovely party!
From there I drove them to Bicester for their second appointment of the day. They are having a sleepover tonight at Nana and Papa's.
A fair bit of sugar has been consumed today so I left them to it wishing my parents luck!!
As I left Miss E was playing Roar on the iPad for Nana to hear. She downloaded it this morning and played it over and over and over perfecting the words and some quite impressive dance moves.
When she was searching through for more music to download she was trying to decide between One Direction and Emili Sande albums
She made the right choice. Good girl!!!
