Neighbours

Bird life is particularly interesting just now.  The food in the bird feeders last no time at all and Ellen is waging war on the crows and jackdaws who have taken to visit.  They don't seem as shy as they once did.  there is also the very pleasing sight of parents showing their offspring were all the food is.

The swallows have been mack for some time though they are nesting elsewhere.  These two youngsters had a brief rest for a mid-morning chat before darting off again.
