Deep Pink Peony

I was going to give blip a miss today, as there had been no real opportunity to take a photo.  Then I realised it was Friday and the one thing I've got lots of is flowers:-)  So here is my contribution to Flower Friday.

Lots of exciting plans being made with friend L. who is hoping her health will improve in leaps and bounds over the next few months.  First there will be a trip to Edinburgh for afternoon tea at a swish hotel, thanks to Christmas gifts received from our lovely children.  Later in the year, there are even more delights to come with a joint holiday in foreign parts!  Lots to look forward to:-)
