Nuthatch with attitude

Not as much rain as expected but still very breezy and quite cool.

Up into the five hundreds on the alarm code.  Starting to pace ourselves rather than rush at it.

Wandering around the garden this morning and wondering what to post.  I was down on my haunches about four feet from the feeders when this Nuthatch came in.  I got up slowly and pointed the camera at it but it was far too busy trying to extract a peanut to bother about how close I was.  They are so much braver when feeding young.
