Beauty and the Beast

This gorgeous old car was in front of us on the way home tonight, it then pulled in to let folk out so I took a cheeky snap out the window.  It reminds me of Cuba and the fab old cars we saw there.  The beast refers to my knackered old Hippo reflected in the shiny hubcab! It's called The Hippo as it takes ages to get up to speed and then doesn't like to stop, or to go around corners - nippy it ain't!

A day of sorting stuff out and hanging about.  P's job changes again in July so there's leave to be used up, rotas to deal with, flights to book, new place to live to be found. All the nitty gritty that you can't really sort out properly over the phone.  Then paint sample buying, wallpaper choosing, buying beer, curry and watching a movie. Boom! Saturday done.
