From the top of St Mary's

A free day today so I took the opportunity of a mid-week trip up the tower of St Mary's in Warwick.  The only tower I know of with traffic lights (see extra), I can see it being popular in the summer holidays.  Worth the climb even if the reversal of the spiral stairway part way up is something of a surprise. Pick a good daythough - £5!

A few of the 60s and 70s buildings mar the view in some directions so I settled for this one along Church St over towards the castle.
